At PurelyEver, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and cancellations are accepted.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Due to the nature of food and wellness products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product is expired or unfit for consumption

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling
  • Orders placed during special discounts or clearance sales
